I joined FOX 2 in October 2006 as the meteorologist on FOX 2 News Saturday and Sunday mornings. I am also a content manager for the station’s website, fox2now.com. I love working in my hometown for the station I grew up watching. That's right, I'm a local girl, born and raised in North St. Louis County, graduating from Incarnate Word Academy in 1999.
In 2003, I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Geography/Meteorology from Western Illinois University. While in school, I spent the summer of 2002 interning right here with the FOX 2 weather team.
After graduation, I started my career in the beautiful city of Anchorage, AK where I worked as the weekend meteorologist for the CBS affiliate, KTVA. My time in Alaska was amazing but now I've come home to the severe storms and crazy weather of St. Louis.
When I'm not staring at radar and satellite images, I enjoy being outside walking my dog, Mo. I'm a huge St. Louis Cardinals and Blues fan. Oh, and I also consider myself a pretty good cook. You'll have to ask my family if they agree.
