Baby’s First Minutes of Life

(STLMoms) – If you’ve already had children, think back to the first few moments of their life. There are some changes that might be on the way for you and your newborn right after birth.

Pediatrician Dr. Kathleen Berchelmann with St. Louis Children’s Hospital explains.  With the support of the Best Fed Beginnings program and Baby Friendly USA, Barnes Jewish Hospital has started giving babies directly to mothers as soon as they are delivered.
