Dr. Ojile: Micro Sleep

(KTVI) – If you’ve ever lost your keys or stuck the milk in the cupboard and the cereal in the refrigerator, don’t feel foolish. There’s a good chance a small region of your brain is just taking a quick nap.

Researchers at the University of Wisconsin-Madison expanded upon that notion by studying nerve cells.  Dr. Joseph Ojile from the Clayton Sleep Institute explains.
