(KTVI) – Singer Jessica Simpson went on a 15-day smoothie diet before introducing snacks and meals slowly when she began her post-pregnancy diet. She ultimately lost 60 pounds after the baby and is back to her pre-pregnancy weight.
So here’s a question: Is it better to drink or chew your calories? Jen McDaniels, Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics spokesperson, can answer that for us.
