Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics spokesperson Jen McDaniel talks about ways to manage holiday weight gain.  Here are some tips from Jen:

1) Focus on weight maintenance vs. weight loss during the holidays.
2) Watch those beverage calories, especially alcohol.
