(STLMoms) – Thanksgiving is a week from Thursday. Are you ready?  I’m not talking about the turkey and all the fixings, but are you ready to give thanks and be gracious?  Melenie Broyles with Etiquette Saint Louis gives us some ideas on how to be thankful for both kids and adults.

Here are some tools you can use:

1. Blessing jar

2. Write on tablecloth – reuse year after year

3. Gratitude Tree

4. Write your children a letter each year. Tell them what you appreciate about them and why you are thankful for them.  Have them do this for their siblings and make an album for each child.

Learn more about being thankful from Melenie Broyles at Etiquette Saint Louis.
