(STLMoms) – As parents we are constantly sleep deprived. In fact, lack of sleep is one of the most common complaints of our time. Four out of five people in a study in Great Britain suffer disturbed or inadequate or so-called “toxic” sleep.

Dr. Joseph Ojile of the Clayton Sleep Institute talks about it.
