(STLMoms) – Are you ready for some ghosts and goblins to come knocking on your door? Have you stocked up on Halloween candy yet? Registered dietitian and Academy of Nutrition spokesperson Jen McDaniel talksa bout ways to enjoy some candy without it haunting your waistline.
1) Eat dinner before trick or treating
2) Don’t be the candy nazi, yet set some candy boundaries, like eating after meals, or have to keep it in the kitchen, or keep favorites and toss out the not so favorites
