BELLEVILLE, IL (KTVI) – Kim Vrooman is the Executive Director of TOCO. She stopped by to tell Margie about the TOCO Shop Stuff Your Bag Sale. The fundraiser starts Thursday, October 25 and runs through Halloween at the resale shop in Belleville.

The TOCO Resale Shop supports Tapestry of Community Offerings 501(c)(3) which assists regional children and families in need through green and community partnerships
