(KTVI) – Fall is here and that can mean comfort food, but they don’t have to be the kinds that has you packing on the pounds.  Registered Dietitian Jen McDaniel is the Academy of Nutrition Spokesperson and talks about some great fall food ideas the kids will gobble up!
