Vera’s Steals and Deals: Walgreens Savings Deals This Week

So I know the Walgreens new balance points thing is a little confusing, but don’t be dismayed. You can still get good deals there.

Here’s what I picked up today.

Gillette’s Venus razor is on sale for $9.99 (Reg. price $13.99).  Use the $3 off 1 Gillette razor from the 9/16 Red Plum bringing your price to about $7.00. You’re also going to get $4 back in Register Rewards making your total cost $3.00

I love that tide is on sale. Use the $1 off 1 Coupon from the 9/30 P&G insert to get it for just $4.99.

There’s a good deal on Dove products too.   Get 2 for $9. Use 2 Dove coupons from the 9/30 Red Plum insert and you’ll get them for about $3.50 each. You’ll also earn 2,000 rewards points.  Not a bad deal because these are the big bottles.

Need toothpaste? Get Colgate Total Advance for just about $0.25 cents.  It’s on sale for $3.99. You’ll get a $3.00 rewards coupon back. Use the $0.75 cents off 1 Colgate coupon from the 9/30 Smart Source insert.  It will only cost you $.024 cents.

Right Guard Total Defense is on sale BOGO. The price online says  $4.59 so double check in the store.  Then use two (2) $1 off 1 coupons from the 10/7 Red Plum to get both bottles for about $3.60 (that’s less than $2 a bottle!)

Get a 12 roll count Cottonelle Tissue for $3.45 after using the $1 of in-store coupon (from the October Savings Book) and a printable coupon for $0.55 cents off  9 rolls or larger.  Note that at Walgreens you can only have as many coupons as you have products.
