Chocolate With Half The Fat
(CNN) – Chocolate with half the fat that still tastes good? That’s what British researchers say they’ve discovered. The new chocolate formula cuts the fat in chocolate in half by using a little bit of juice to replace some of the milk in the recipe.
And supposedly the chocolate was just as tasty, even if a bit fruity.
Scientists say in the future they could use water with a small amount of vitamin C to dampen the fruit juice flavor.
