Community Cuts For Kids

(KPLR) – The Lessie Bates Neighborhood House is an agency for the Mary Brown Center in East St. Louis and you might say they’re a cut above, or cutting edge. Development Director Vera Jones and Craig Blac from Community Cuts for Kids explains a program to help kids get haircuts for back to school.
