Breast Feeding Mothers March On Michigan’s State Capitol

LANSING, MI . (CNN) – Breast-feeding moms and their babies gathered Wednesday at the Michigan state capitol.  They are trying to change the way people feel about breast-feeding in public.

I think that’s one of the problems is that it’s not seen.  And I think that’s why mothers need to breast-feed in public so people can see that those are what the breast are for. This is why we have them. This is the normal thing to do.

Opponents to public breast-feeding have said that mothers should be forced to cover-up or breast-fed their babies in private.
