Sugar Cookie Day With Hollyberry Catering

(KTVI) – It’s national sugar cookie day! Holly Cunningham from Hollyberry Catering joined Tim and April to share their sugar cookie delights.

Sweet Sally’s Sugar Cookies

Cream:

1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup sugar

Add:

1 egg
1 Tablespoon milk
1/4 teaspoon real vanilla extract

Mix in:

2 cups flour with 1/4 teaspoon salt added to flour

Knead and chill for 20 minutes. Form cookies or roll and slice into shapes.  Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes or until edges are slightly brown. If desired, top with sugar, icing or sprinkles.
