Summer Fruit Kebobs
(KTVI) – Cindy Brenneke, from Iron Works Fitness, brought us some tasty fruit for summer.
Fruit Kebabs and Dipping Sauce
16 oz can unsweetened pineapple
1 papaya
1 banana
16 grapes
2 mangoes
Juice of 1 lime
2 cups lowfat plain yogurt
1/2 cup honey
2 tsp orange zest, minced fine
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Cut fruit into small pieces and place on skewer. Sprinkle with the lime juice. Make dip by mixing the honey, zest, vanilla and yogurt. Chill.
