CPSC (CNN) – Parents, listen up. There’s a new recall on a popular high chair. The Consumer Product Safety Commission is advising parents to stop using Evenflo’s convertible high chair. It’s the kind that converts into a toddler-size table and chair. The C-P-S-C says 18 people have reported the tray can detach unexpectedly. And eight have reported kids falling out. No one’s reported any serious injuries. About 35-thousand of the chairs were sold. For info on ordering a replacement tray, visit safety-dot-evenflo-dot-com. (safety.evenflo.com)
